Orders & Shipping
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders. A ₹150 Cash on Delivery charge applies to COD orders below ₹3,000.
When will my order ship and arrive?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2–3 working days and delivered in 3–10 working days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Visit Track Your Order — sign in to see all your orders, or paste the tracking number from your shipping email or SMS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For international orders, customs duties may be levied at the time of delivery in some countries. International orders are not eligible for return.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on returnable products. Items must be unused, unworn and have their original tags intact. Jewellery, socks, scarves, innerwear, masks, items discounted 50% or more, and products bought from the Sale section are non-returnable. See Shipping, Return and Exchange for full details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — size exchange is subject to availability and only a one-time exchange is allowed. There is no additional charge for exchange orders. Exchange isn't available for masks, boxers, socks, and products at or below ₹899.
How are COD orders refunded?
All COD orders are refunded via gift cards, as payouts are currently on hold in compliance with RBI guidelines.
